Pricing On weekdays: 2999 per head including breakfast Lunch and dinner along with a time to time Coffee and Tea .

Pricing On weekend: 4999 per head including breakfast Lunch and dinner along with a time to time Coffee and Tea .

Room Type: There are three beautifully decorated, spacious rooms each with its own separate attached bathrooms with modern amenities ensuring your stay is in comfort. One room comes with two separate twin beds; the other two rooms come with the large king size beds. All these in a well maintained 40-acre campus surrounded by coconut trees and a beautiful garden.

Tariff is valid till 31st Mar 2009:
*Check in - 12 noon & Check out - 11 A.M. All rates are for one night on twin sharing basis.
*Weekday - From Monday 12 noon to Friday 11 A.M.
*Weekend - From Friday 12 noon to Monday 11 A.M.
*Rates include Accommodation for 2 adults, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner, Nature activities and taxes.
*Package starts with Lunch & ends with Breakfast.
*Rates Subject to change without prior Notice. Cancellation or refund would be as per hotel rules.

Payment Rules & Regulations - for Reservations:
Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full prior payment. In case of bookings made well ahead, 100% advance payment may be made at the time of booking.
Bookings made without payment as mentioned above, will be held purely as tentative bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice. This is up to the client to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings.

Cancellation rules:
All requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings have to be received at Gopis Farm’s Head Office, at Bun World, Malleswaram, Bangalore.

Cancellation charges:
*10% of tariff for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date).
*50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date).
*No refund for cancellation less than two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date).

Pricing : Free accommodation for children below 3. Between 3 & 10 years - 500/-day, above 10 years -. 1500/-day.

For a single occupancy : 2499 per head in (Weekdays) & 3999 per head in (Weekend).
Drivers quarters : 500
Proof of age should be provided for children below three.
