Tarrif
- Room Rent Including Meals(Breakfast, Lunch, Barbeque with bonfire and Dinner) - 4000 + 5% service Charge per Person/night - Double Bed King Size
- Driver's quarters: Rs 800/ Inclusive of all meals.
Room Type:
The house is clad with vibrant local stones and high mud tiled roof built with local stones and material and is minimalistic, and is an architectural jewel. All rooms look out to the garden and the house itself is tucked in a lush green coconut farm.
There are three elegantly decorated, spacious rooms each with its own separate attached bathrooms with modern amenities ensuring your stay is in comfortable. One room comes with two separate twin beds; the other two rooms come with the large king size beds. All these, in a well maintained 40-acre eco friendly farm surrounded by coconut trees, arecanut palms and bananas and bathed in a sea of green transluscence.
Giving tips to staff is not encouraged. 5 % service charge is charged on the total bill which will be distributed for all the staff concerned.
Room rates may vary in Holiday season and on long week ends.

- All rates are for one night on twin or single occupancy.
- Weekend - From Friday 12 noon to Monday 11 A.M.
- Rates Subject to change without prior Notice.
- Meals are wholesome and sumptuous with good variety and spread. Cooked and prepared on wood fire in earthern pots. And will be traditional local farmers cuisine with whole grains, and vegetables with abundance of salad and fruits. Coffee /Tea free
Payment Rules & Regulations - for Reservations
- Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full prior payment. In case of bookings made well ahead, confirmation is only subject to receipt of 100% advance payment.
- Bookings made without payment as mentioned above, will be held purely as tentative bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice. This is up to the client to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings
Cancellation rules
- All requests for cancellations of
- confirmed bookings have to be received by e mail from the same person's mail account making the bookings. And refunds will be effected to the same account from where payments are received to prevent mischief and fraud and in the interest and safety of guests.
Cancellation charges:
- 75 % of tariff will be refunded and 25% deducted if cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the booked date.
- 50% of tariff will be deducted for cancellation 7 to 15 days before booking date and balance refunded. And NO REFUND if cancellations are made less than 7 days from booked date.
